Refund policy

Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it. To be eligible, an item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at contact@nalanibotanics.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping
You're responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. We recommend a trackable shipping service, since we can't refund a return we never receive.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund, and you won't pay anything to return it.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take a few business days to post it.
